A factory manufactures light bulbs. The probability that a light bulb is defective is \(0.05\). A random sample of \(30\) light bulbs is examined.

  1. Find the probability that there is at least one defective light bulb in the sample.
  2. Given that there is at least one defective light bulb in the sample, find the probability that there are at most two defective light bulbs.
